  • Strengthen your board's decision-Making process using robert's rules

Nonprofit boards want the very best for their stakeholders, yet sometimes it is a challenge to make the best decisions. This interactive and entertaining presentation offers a different perspective on meetings. Robert’s Rules has a terrible reputation, but its key principles will equip you to hold better board discussions. As a result of this workshop you will be able to state big challenges for nonprofit boards, list four fundamental guidelines for effective meetings, take action when the guidelines are broken, and label six inappropriate remarks that may not be made at meetings.
