  • Own Your own learning: DIY Tools for Every Board

DIY Nonprofit Success is designed to help board members and those who work with them bring learning into the life of their organization. We will focus on four topics of high interest to small organizations: board governance, nonprofit finances, legal and compliance knowledge, and strategic planning. Participants will learn some tricks of the trade when it comes to adult learning. By the end, they will have a customized learning plan tailored for them and their organization, and they will be fully deputized as a trainer ready to bring learning into their orientations, board meetings, and network meetings.
